Week 2 - Day 2
PLYOMETRICS
Second round of plyo DONE!!! It was a little easier this time around even though I was a little more tired. I still suck at the rock star jumps but everything else is good. I really like the frog squats...LOL. I still keep up with them fairly well, I don't need to take any extra breaks so that is good. I feel like I am doing very well with this video, I think because it's so much like another workout I used to do. Jillian Michaels - the biggest winner videos incorporate jump training too. Good Stuff. Anyways I don't have much to say about today. I was pretty lazy besides the Plyo video, and I ate too many carbs but other than that I doing well.
