I am the sorest I have ever been in my life. I can't even move. It hurts in my abs to even breathe. I can hardly walk. I don't know how I am going to finish my workouts today. Push through the discomfort, I guess. LOL.
SHOULDERS & ARMS / AB RIPPER X
So like I said before, I was sooooo sore all day today, and when I say sore I mean like I couldn't move. If I layed down I would need to roll on my side to try and get up, sometimes I had to hold a pillow to my chest to squeeze to try and get up (takes pressure off)...I walked down the stairs today and almost fell down them because my legs just wanted to give out, so I didn't have much expectations for todays workout. The workouts are definitely setup in a great order though because my legs hurt the most today from plyo yesterday and today was shoulders and arms. My arms were still sore from Chest and Back - doing pushups- but not so bad.
My accomplishment through this workout would definitely have to be the Side, Tri, and Rise at the end of the workout...the first set through I did maybe 1 and thought that I just couldn't do it yet because I wasn't strong enough. The second set through I watched Tony carefully, focused my mind, concentrated, and pushed it out as hard as I could!!! Mind over matter baby!! I did 4!!! I was so excited!! Now I know that if I just put my mind to something, my body can do it!! It's not a matter of saying "I can't do that", it's a matter of saying "I will try and do my best", and guess what instead of not being able to do it with a negative attitude, your attitude will be positive and you WILL do it!!! So the Shoulders and Arms workout was pretty cool!!! Tony is pretty funny. He says some corny shit, but its still motivating!! He will say "oooooh now that's magical" or "come on say it with me, WOW!!! what is wow upside down? MOM!!" HAHAHA. Oh lord!!!
Anyway, as we moved through the arm workout I was dreading Ab Ripper X right after because I did so bad on it the first day right after working out my arms. As we got to Ab Ripper, even though my stomach was totally sore, I was able to do 100% better than the first day!!! WHY??? I have no idea!!! Who cares why though, I did all of the exercises!! I set a goal and achieved it!! I was soooo happy with myself!! I had been dying all day just walking around my place, but when I turned on my workouts something inside me just forgot about the pain and just did it!!! I am thouroughly happy with that!!! Woot Woot!!
