Week 4 - Day 3

Ok so my abs, back, and legs are screaming for some TLC today, but no such luck...lol. I had Kenpo today. It is a good workout and I sweat a lot, but I just don't like it at all. My motivation to do it is because it is cardio and I need cardio. Oh well. Anyway...this program is sooooo well planned out!! It amazes me. I am sitting here thinking "man do my legs and back need some stretching" and I checked my schedule...tomorrow I have X-Stretch!! Couldn't have come at a better time!!! Woo Hoo. I am sure that is done on purpose because after doing a brand new workout you are going to be sore and the second day is most likely going to be the worst so there it is!!! Niiiiice. So X-Stretch tomorrow then I get to do Core Synergistics AGAIN!!! YAY!!! I am loving the recovery week!!
So on the diet, today I sucked sooo badly. I didn't count calories or keep track of what I was eating all day. Right after my workout I was feeling a little blah and thought maybe I should have the recovery drink even though I decided not to use it. Before I did that though I wanted to make sure I was within calorie range. I calculated all my calories and come to find out I had consumed 900 calories today...NOT GOOD!!! Not good at all, so I decided I did need some mre cals and shook up a recovery drink for myself. I wasn't hungry that much today, but I still need to work on eating more. I don't have a very good relationship with food so eating isn't my fave thing to do when I am trying to get in shape. Oh well. I am going to make up a plan and try to stick with it. What I eat and when I am supposed to eat it so I don't have excuses. We shall see. I have done that before, but still fell by the wayside.
