Week 3 - Day 6
WOW, It has been 20 days already??? jeeeez!!! I don't really have much to say today. It was an alright day, could have been better but could have been worse. I didn't eat all that well. I had most of my calories in one meal and didn't keep my energy up for the day. I was super busy with school and didn't take snacks with me. I counted on coming home for my break and it ended up that I couldn't because I had to get a project done. Grrrr...oh well. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. So instead of having my own snacks and meals, I had to go out for lunch. I had a Vegetarian sandwich, but I am sure it was too many calories and too many carbs though I didn't eat much else for the day, so I know i was within calorie range its just that I don't like to eat so many calories at once because my energy just crashes. It was a great sandwich though...avocado, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatos, and provolone cheese...mmmmmmm.
So like I said I got home and CRASHED and now it is 2 am and i still have to do Kenpo, but at least I got rest for it. I was planning on taking a short nap and then doing it at 9...ummm yeah I slept through 9 o'clock!! LOL.
