Week 3 - Day 3
CARDIO X
I just started incorporating this into my workouts. On days that I do weight training I will do cardio in the morning. This workout was pretty good, I didn't like the friggin' Sun Salutation Yoga things for 20 minutes at the beginning, but the rest was alright. Repetitive from previous videos but still more fun. I LOVED the superman banana things!!! AWESOME!!

My FAVE workout of them all!!! Loves it!! Biceps, shoulders, and triceps!!! The pretty muscles!!! :)
