Day 14

Week 2 - Day 7

Woot Woot 2 weeks are over with!!
I got on the scale this morning and was shown that I am 2 lbs heavier. Uggggghhh, that didn't brighten my day one bit, but I also took my measurements and I am down 1/2 an inch on my waist and a 1/2 inch on my hips!!! Woo Hoo!! So it is working. LOL. I also GAINED a 1/2 in on my bicep so I think I know where those 2 lbs came from.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know muscle weighs more than fat, but that still doens't mean that it isn't discouraging to see your weight go up. LOL.

Anyway I was dog tired yesterday and switched my rest day and Kenpo. School was kicking my ass!!! Everything is due on the same days and its been tough keeping up with the load this quarter. It is helping my time management skills though. I am going to do Kenpo today since I rested yesterday, I thought that probably wouldn't matter so much. I am looking forward to my 3rd week and then the 4th week everything changes!!! Woot Woot looking forward to recovery week 4 and then a change up of the videos for weeks 5-7!! Fun Stuff!!

Let's just say I don't dig this workout!! I like the kicks but the punches bore me!!! Uugghhh. Oh well, suck it up.
