YAY!!!
I finished Week 1!!!
Woot Woot!!
It was tough but I definitely feel great!! I can feel my muscles, they seem stronger and tighter, I just feel better overall.
X-STRETCH
The last day of the week is a rest day or you can do the X-Stretch video, so I did that because I just felt so good today and wanted to do something!! It was pretty cool. You get the chance to stretch your whole body out from head to toe!!! Most of the stretches feel great, others are kinda like Yoga and were frustrating. LOL. I am trying to gain more patience for Yoga and Stretching.
