Day 15

Week 3 - Day 1

CHEST & BACK / AB RIPPER X

Not Much to report today. The workout went fine. I improved on my pushups and I think on most of them I am ready to get up off my knees and start doing them the real way even if I can't do a lot of reps. I can do almost 30 standard pushups on my knees so yeah I should not focus on how many reps so much as improving and doing REAL pushups and not girlie ones. HAHAHAHA.

Thats about all I have for you all today.
