Day 5

YOGA X
I woke up this morning and decided to try the Yoga that I had missed yesterday because of resting my poor swollen legs. My legs felt a lot better today. I iced them on and off all night and kept them up. I made sure I got my protein, took my fish oil, and vitamins, so I think I did something right.

Anyway I tried the Yoga and I have realized that I am a very impatient person!! I would keep losing my form because I was looking up to see what Tony was doing. HAHA. I could do the Yoga but it just bored me because we kept doing the same thigs over and over. I need to just get over that because I know how good Yoga is for you. It's just bad because not only is the workout an HOUR AND A HALF it is also boring to me. I love the workout because it is definitely challenging so I will just have to give it a better go next time!!

Later on tonight after school I will be catching up on my...will let you all know how that goes...

My eating is going very well...of course I have eaten off my strict menu, but I have not eaten anything that was unhealthy or overprocessed. I am very good at sticking by eating programs and exercise programs, it is usually just the length of time that I stick with it that is bad. I am always gung ho for awhile but I usually run out of steam a month into a program, and get bored. I like P90x because at about the time that I would normally get really bored, the program changes...plus I have my SUPER DUPER AWESOME You Tube support group that will keep me pushing hard til the end!! I will succeed this time around!!

LEGS & BACK / AB RIPPER X
WOW!!! Loved this workout!!! Sooo much fun!! I loved all the variations of everything. This workout never lets you get bored!! Groucho Walks, 3 different angles of Calf Raises (cool!!), The 3 angled Lunges!! Just WOW. I was impressed!! Can't wait until I get to do it again next week!!! Oh and of course I keep getting better and better at Ab Ripper!! I have finally thrown my ego away and just do as many reps as I can!! I will catch up to them someday, but I don't want to kill myself again so I am just doing it to my capacity then stopping. This will be WAY more effective than hurting myself for the sake of saying that I did the same amount of reps as Tony Horton!! LOL.

I guess thats it kids, tomorrow is Kenpo X!! I have heard a lot of good stuff about this one!! Can't wait!!
