Day 6

So my eating has been pretty good. I have eaten nothing but great foods. I am still not eating the amount of calories that the program calls for, but I am going to try. I definitely feel like I could use a little more energy. I also have to get in the habit of calculating the kinds of foods I am eating...aka carbs, veggies, fruits...etc. I am sticking to what I need to pretty well but I think I just need to record it to be sure.

So todays workout is:

I loved this workout even though I did it kinda late tonight...errrr...kinda early. LOL. Whatever, you get it. It was super fun!! I love the kicks because I am super good at them. Everyday on this program, I feel stronger and stronger!!! It is amazing how good it makes you feel. This program has completely changed my idea of the perfect kind of workout week. This method really works. I can feel that my muscles are already getting toned and developed just from doing it for a week!!! Just WOW!! I am so happy.

I also know I will stick with it because I have Dave to kick my ass as I go!! What a sweetheart!! He definitely motivates me to do my best everyday, even on days when I don't want to workout he is there. I can't wait to repeat this all over again next week!! Hopefully without the extreme soreness!!!

Tomorrow is my "rest" day where I am doing the video labeled "Stretch X". We will see how much a "rest" it is.
