Day 2

PLYOMETRICS
This is said to be the mother of all workouts!! Let me tell you, I was skeptical. I have been put through some tough workouts, but they are right, this is a BEAST!!! You are jumping around, doing squats, and lunges for an hour. It is a great cardio workout, and a great overall workout. Jump training can be hard on the knees but if you learn how to land softer, and control your movements, you get the best out of it!! This is one of the workouts that I cannot wait to master!! I love the swing kicks, and absolutely hate the rock and roll guitar jumps. LOL. Everyday I will get better and better, I know. I am just happy that I finished the whole thing.

I have never hurt so much in my life and been so happy about it. I swear that it even hurts in my abs to breathe. HAHA. It is definitely a productive kind of hurt!! I love this feeling because I know that it is hurting because I am getting healthy and in shape!!

Tomorrow is Shoulders and Arms / Ab Ripper X

I am looking forward to it!!
