Restart - DAY 3

SHOULDERS & ARMS / AB RIPPER X
WOW!! Ok so I think everyone knows that Shoulder & Arms is my fave workout!! It makes me feel sooooo strong and I just love how my arms feel afterwards. My shoulders have always been on the bigger side and they tone up pretty fast so I love that!! Niiiice.

But by the time I got to ab ripper today I was exhausted!! I have know idea why!! I think its the new thing I am doing where I mute Tony and just listen to my Ipod!! Man, I am jamming in between sets!! A song comes on that I like and I just start dancing!! I guess thats more calories burned. LOL.

HAHA.

Anyway I am sooooo happy to be doing ALL of P90x now!!

Though my ass and inner thighs are killing today from Plyo!! It's a good sore though!! It's a "I worked my ass off" kinda sore!! I LOVE IT!! I feel so much lighter on my feet doing my workouts now. I think I am really toning up and thinning out some!! I am super excited!! Well its time to go sweat it out!!!

Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio

I'm a shoulders/arms fan too. Love the lifting routines even more than the cardio ones. It's nice to see a girl who appreciates them too!

Try doing ab ripper x before the main workout. I am going to try that and others have said that it helps a lot with results.

ok anthony, you should know better than to mess with the setup of p90x!! jeeeez. Ab Ripper is after your workout for a reason. If not they would have said do it whenever...duhhhh. LOL. The whole thing with Ab Results is CARDIO. All the fat needs to be gone to see a six pack. I already have one, I know. I just need to be able to see it!! ;) Thats why I am on the cardio train. You just can't do too much cardio or it will hinder muscle development, expecially in the skinny people, but I don't have that problem!
