Sometimes I just workout and workout and workout.
These dance workouts really leave me wanting more afterwards!! LOL.

1. Rockin' Body - Rock It Out (45 min)
2. Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio (30 min)
3. P90x - Shoulders & Arms
Whew!! Long Night. Time to pop in a movie and hit the hay!! Night Night!!
