Updates on the workouts!!

Ok so last night I did...

1. Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio
2. Rockin' Body - Mark, Move, and Groove
3. P90x - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps & Ab Ripper X
(yes, I did these in a row)

Tonight I did...

1. Hip Hop Abs - Secrets to Flat Abs
2. Hip Hop Abs - Fat Burning Cardio
3. Rockin' Body - Party Express
(in a row like last night)

Yeah it may seem like I am a working out maniac but one after another is just sooo addicting. The cardio dance routines just make me want to dance more!! It is sooo fun. I don't feel like I am getting a great workout but I am having so much fun. Ohhh and I am inputing all my workouts into WOWY. That is addicting in itself!! LOL.

I am having to ice my knees right now, but these stupid knees are not going to keep me from doing cardio. I CANNOT do plyo so that is why I am incorporating the other stuff. My knees only hurt to jump around and to run, They don't hurt doing lunges or kneeling on them. So that is good.

I am going to keep doing the weight training parts of P90x but after the knees feel better I am going to start Week 7 over for real. Modify Modify Modify right? The good paart is that I am not falling off the wagon completely. It would be so easy to say ohhhh my knees are killing me I just won't workout, but I can't do that. I am finally changing my habits for good and I am not quitting ever again!! I don't care how long it takes me to get into the shape I want to be in, but I will get there!! I am determined!!

Oooooh good news also, I signed back up on ModelMayhem.com and I am going to be scheduling model shoots with some local models around here again!! I am pretty excited!! My break will be super fun if I get to do a few shoots. I think I am also going to sign up on a few stock photography sites and do some shooting for that, maybe earn a couple extra pennies!! LOL. I may also be going to a model/photographer meet and greet in the suburbs to network, if I am not busy. :)
