FINALLY!!!

So after hurting myself, my knees finally feel better for the first day in a couple weeks!! I am not getting back on the running kick just yet though. I will give it a couple days but I am going to go do hip hop abs and p90x RIGHT NOW!!!! WOO HOO!!!

I AM BACK!!
I AM ON BREAK!!
FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS I WILL BE KICKING @$$, my ass!!!
